SMART Bazaar's Smart Exchange initiative invited customers to bring in their old household items, newspapers, clothes, utensils, and exchange them for discount vouchers at their best value. The brief was to build awareness and drive participation across in-store and outdoor touchpoints.
A balance as old as trade itself.
The campaign took its cue from the most traditional form of commerce: the exchange. The creative idea drew from the timeless image of a weighing scale, giving the campaign a visual and emotional logic that felt instantly familiar to every kind of shopper.
From teaser to full campaign rollout.
The work was built in two phases. The teaser ran across standees, drop-downs, A4 formats, and cash till communication. The full launch followed with a campaign logo, key visual, focal point, gate arch, window display, endcap, outdoor, category-wise A5 and A6 formats, a kiosk, reels, emailers, pop-up flyers and adaptations across languages, and formats.
