As the business evolved internally with operations branching across the next generation, the need arose for a distinct identity for Runwal Enterprises: one that retained the trust and strength built over decades while feeling modern, premium, and future-ready, and that could clearly differentiate itself within the larger group.

A comprehensive brand identity system was developed, rooted in legacy but designed for the future. A new logo was built to reflect the core attributes of the brand: strength, stability, and prestige. A complete brand guideline system was created covering logo usage and structure, colour palettes, typography, iconography, imagery style, and tone of voice. A flexible design framework was established to work consistently across real estate projects, marketing collaterals and digital, and physical touchpoints.

Beyond the identity itself, a project naming architecture system was developed to ensure every future Runwal project could carry a name and presence that ladders back to the master brand coherently. A brand designed not just for today, but for everything Runwal intends to build next.
